Wine Tasting Workshop by Fratelli

On 27th March 2023, HMCT Landran organized a Workshop on Wine Tasting by Fratelli Vineyards with HMCT students. Ms.Aastha Khanna, Manager of Training &Trade Marketing (Northeast India) in a prestigious organization Fratelli Vineyards, was invited to conduct an interactive session with the hospitality students. Students were made aware of the current trends of winemaking. Students learned how to serve and taste wines. Different varieties of wine like red wine, and white wine tasted by 2nd-sem, 4th Sem and 6th sem UGC & AICTE students, and Diploma F&B service students. At least it was a great session enjoyed by everyone.
