The students pursuing their Bachelor's in Travel and Tourism Management from Chandigarh College of Hospitality embarked on an unforgettable journey to Manali, immersing themselves in the rich culture, history, and tranquillity it had to offer. Their itinerary was filled with an array of iconic landmarks and hidden gems, each leaving an indelible mark on their minds.
Hadimba Temple: Their journey commenced with a visit to the iconic Hadimba Temple, a testament to the region’s ancient architectural marvels. Surrounded by towering deodar trees, the temple's serene ambiance provided a perfect introduction to the spiritual essence of Manali.
Manu Temple: Next on the itinerary was the revered Manu Temple, dedicated to the sage Manu, who is believed to be the progenitor of mankind according to Hindu mythology.
Tibetan Monastery: Immersing themselves in the rich cultural tapestry of Manali, the students explored the Tibetan Monastery, a haven of peace and spirituality.
Vashist Temple: Vashist Temple, renowned for its natural hot springs that are believed to possess medicinal properties. Amidst the therapeutic waters and tranquil surroundings, the students found solace and rejuvenation.
Mall Road: In the heart of Manali, the vibrant Mall Road beckoned with its bustling shops, quaint cafes, and lively atmosphere. The students meandered through the bustling streets, immersing themselves in the local culture, savouring delicious street food, and indulging in souvenir shopping to commemorate their unforgettable journey.
Van Vihar: Amidst the verdant landscapes of Manali, the students found solace in the serene environs of Van Vihar. They strolled along the winding pathways, basking in the tranquillity of nature.
Jogini Waterfall: A highlight of their journey was a trek to the majestic Jogini Waterfall, where cascading waters plunged into a pristine pool amidst the lush wilderness. The students revelled in the thrill of the trek.
Vaishno Devi Temple: Their spiritual sojourn culminated with a visit to the revered Vaishno Devi Temple, nestled amidst the scenic vistas of Manali. With hearts filled with reverence and devotion.
