ZAFRANI – A BIRYANI CARAVAN, an event curated by the students of Hotel Management of Chandigarh College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology transformed into a vibrant festival of flavors. Students, Faculties and Directors joined us for a culinary celebration like no other at the venue and were awed by the delicacies served to them.
Every dish on the menu, from the rich and fragrant Zafrani Biryani both in the non-vegetarian and vegetarian versions to the zesty and spicy Salan served with Zafrani Sharbat and Zafrani Chai to the festive Rabri Kheer, set the tone and promised to be a feast for food enthusiasts.
Our students were on hand at the venue to demonstrate their knowledge and enthusiasm for these classic dishes. They had painstakingly produced these recipes under the skillful direction of Chef Sunaina & Chef Sunil.
They enjoyed live cooking demonstrations, interactive tasting sessions, and engaging food-related conversation with peers and seniors. The feedback received and the real time delivery of instant orders placed by guests was great lesson for the road to entrepreneurship.
