INDUSTRIAL VISIT CUM WORKSHOP WITH HOMETEL CHANDIGARH - A SAROVAR HOTEL

Students have learnt about guest room cleaning and sanitation with different cleaning tools & chemicals. It includes cleaning and keeping all occupied rooms twice per day on guests' requests and convenience.

Also they got to know about PMS software (Property management System). Traditionally, a hotel PMS was defined as software that enabled a hotel or group of hotels to manage front-office capabilities, such as booking reservations, guest check-in/checkout, room assignment, managing room rates, and billing.
