Chandigarh College of Hospitality (CCH) in collaboration with CGC ALUMNI ASSOCIATION organized a guest lecture on “THE KEY STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS IN HOTEL AND CRUISE LINE INTERVIEWS” on 22nd November 2024. The session was led by a distinguished alumnus Mr. Karunesh Sharma, HR engagement specialist of carnival cruise line at port, Florida, United States who shared valuable insights and practical knowledge gained from industry experience.The lecture was tailored to help students understand the essential skills and strategies required to excel in interviews for the hospitality and cruise sectors. The session provided a comprehensive overview of the competencies employers look for and tips on presenting strengths effectively during interviews.Mr. Karunesh also emphasized building confidence, improving communication skills, and understanding the specific expectations of hotel and cruise line recruiters.
