GUEST LECTURE GROUND HANDLING & AVIATION TRAINING

Mr. Saurabh Mahajan recently delivered an insightful guest lecture on Bird Group’s extensive ground handling operations and its contribution to the aviation industry. He highlighted how Bird Group’s ground handling subsidiaries collectively form the largest private ground handling network in India, operating across 19 airports. Their services ensure seamless airport operations, enhancing efficiency and passenger experience.

In addition to ground handling, Mr. Mahajan emphasized the significance of professional training in aviation. He introduced the Bird Multi-Skilling Centre, which offers specialized courses designed to equip aspiring professionals with industry-relevant skills. These programs include Airport Ground Handling, Computerised Reservation System & Automated Ticketing (CRA), Tour Operations & Itinerary Planning, Travel & Tourism, Air Cargo & Freight Forwarding, Airfares & Ticketing, and Air Cargo Rating. Led by a team of aviation experts, the training center prepares students for diverse careers in the industry.
