Chandigarh College of Hotel Management, Landran, Students Shine at 14th North India Patisserie Competition

CCHM Landran proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of its students, Ms. Vanshika and Ms. Sneha from the Diploma in Bakery & Patisserie (DBC) batch, who secured the 2nd Runner-Up position in the Fondant Molding Event at the 14th North India Patisserie Competition.

The competition, held from 10th to 12th February 2026 at the Chandigarh Institute of Hotel Management, was organized in association with the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council. This prestigious event brought together 17 teams of budding chefs from across seven states in North India to showcase their creativity and craftsmanship in categories such as theme-based decorated cakes, plated desserts, breads, petit fours, and fondant modeling.

The award ceremony on 12th February 2026 at 11:15 A.M. was graced by Sh. Vivek Atray, IAS (Retd.), renowned motivational speaker, as the Chief Guest. His presence added inspiration and encouragement to the participants, making the occasion even more memorable.

The success of Ms. Vanshika and Ms. Sneha reflects the dedication, skill, and innovative spirit nurtured at Chandigarh College of Hotel Management. Their accomplishment not only highlights the talent of the students but also reinforces the institution’s commitment to excellence in hospitality and culinary education. Special credit goes to Chef Anshu Ram, Chef Shweta Sandal for preparing the students.
