There is an immediate demand of 65 lakh persons in this  field  with attractive pay packages  and bright future, Tourism has   grown so much that this has become the second largest foreign exchange earning industry of India. There has been a record rise of 20% in the foreign tourists visiting this country., About 1.2 lakh star category hotel rooms have already come up and about 50000 more are likely to come up in the near future, Within next 5 to 10 years 280 lakh persons will be needed in this Industry, out of which 180 lakh  will be in the field of  Hotel management only, Students being sent to Taj for ODCs, CCH participated in Chandigarh Carnival,Jodhpur Taj visited CCH

Reception & Entrance lobby

 

The Reception cum the Entrance lobby of the college is aesthetically designed and offers a pleasurable experience for the guests. It is spacious, well illuminated and is adorned with comfortable and beautiful pieces of furniture.
Training Kitchen

 

CCH boasts of the highly advanced ‘Training Kitchen’ to make our students master of the various culinary skills. Well equipped with the latest gadgets, it is a launching pad as each student is given the exposure and independence to cook, garnish and present their various dishes.
Bakery & Confectionary

 

The in-house Bakery and confectionery of the college provides the students with the practical training in the art of baking and decorating different cakes, cookies, pastries and thus become proficient in their domain.
Training Restaurant

 

A state of art training restaurant with an ambience of any star category hotels is used for giving training in different modules of their curriculum such as service of food, wines and other beverages and  other related service operations
Training Bar

 

A fully equipped bar with all kinds of glassware and equipment is there to train the students in service and presentation of different wines, spirits, liqueurs and cocktails. 
 
Front Office Lab

 

A spacious Front office lab is designed as the Front Desk of any hotel. Students are trained on how to receive, register and escort a guest. Due emphasis is laid on polishing the soft skills of the students. Besides, students also learn to handle guest queries and telephonic conversations in simulation.
Model Guest Room

 

Model Twin bedded guest room with an attached bathroom is just what one may find in any star category hotel. Students here are trained in bed making, layout planning and in general upkeep of guest rooms.
Computer Labs

 

In all there are more than 220 computers in the five computer labs (all P-III & P-IV). All the labs are well equipped with PCs, printers and UPS System. Separate internet lab is there for the students. Different software packages are being purchased depending and regularly updated based upon the requirement of the students & their course curriculum.
Central Library

The College library is the hub around which all the academic activities of the college revolve. CCH has a computerized and air-cooled duplex library. The reading halls are tastefully furnished with a seating capacity for 130 students. The serene atmosphere and rows of neatly stacked books pertaining to: Course of study, Supplementary reading, general reading, Personality Development etc. play a major role in attracting the students to the library.
Conference Hall

 

A fully equipped, state of the art conference hall with a seating capacity of 200 is part of the ultra modern infrastructure at CGC. The Hall is well equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment  and other presentation tools to facilitate smooth presentations, seminars and discussions  etc.
